Breaking below 1.3145 will change the short term trend to bearish.
The EUR has joined "currency wars" with officials talking down the currency and. if these efforts are coupled with weak euro-zone economic data and Italian election uncertainty. the euro could test $1.30.
The Italian elections could send the euro down in a sharp reaction that could be corrected afterwards.
