EURUSD Comments:

  • Anna Coulling:

Friday's breakout from the recent sideways congestion between 1.33 and 1.34 was significant last Friday, and now represents the next leg up for the eurodollar in a continuation of the current bullish trend. With a solid platform of support now in place expect to see the pair push higher still in the short term to re-test 1.36 and beyond and clear the highs of 2012 as a result.

  • Dr. S. Sivaraman:

prolonged middle level consolidation could lead to aggressive rise in coming days.

  • Hugo Venter:

The pair has not completed the first impulse within a larger third wave as the corrective structure took longer than expected. We therefore expect to see the pair move higher over the next few days, but should be lower in a week's time.

  • Ilian Yotov:

With the Fed's aggressive QE not going away anytime soon, while the European Central Bank gets more optimistic about the outlook for 2013 and is not in a hurry to cut rates, the EUR could make further advancement into the mid-$1.30's.
