Settling above 1.2725 is the key for the bullish scenario.
The EUR has shown remarkable resilience and with the ECB sitting on the sidelines in October and with Spain's bailout request only a matter of time, the single currency could re-test recent highs above $1.30.
Uncertainty is likely to limit any potential gains. Clarity is likely only in the following week, towards the 18-19 October EU Summit
