Euro managed to extend gains to 1.3106 before pulling back slightly on American spike of risk aversion: stocks fell strongly in Wall Street, yet the pair holds for now above 1.3060; losing momentum according to hourly indicators yet still above 20 SMA, pair will find immediate support in fact around 1.3045, previous weekly high; if below, 1.3000 area will be next; 4 hours chart show exactly the same picture, suggesting some downside pressure ahead of risk aversion Friday.

Despite higher high set at 1.5665 area, pair underperformed against greenback on worse than expected data coming from the housing sector, early Thursday in Europe. Heading lower, with 1 and 4 hours charts indicators supporting the bias, immediate support comes at 1.5570 zone, where 4 hours SMA with still a bullish slope, should keep the downside limited. Only a clear break under that level could trigger a stronger bearish rally, aiming to test key 1.5440 zone later on the day.

Yen printed further gains this Thursday, with the pair back under 87.00 zone; still bearish according to hourly indicators and limited to the upside y 87.20 area, pair could extend its rally if local share markets follow its American pairs, pushing investors to safe haven Japanese yen. Turning to bigger time frames including daily, the bearish trend seems clear with no signs of correction or reversal yet: watch for a test of 84.80 zone, if 86.20 gives up.

Aussie managed to regain the 0.9000 level, thus tumble late US session following stocks; however, the pair managed to recover again, and hold a slightly bullish tone for current Asian session: hourly chart shows 20 SMA acting as dynamic support guiding the cross higher, while 4 hours one are mostly flat; clear break above 0.9070 is needed to see an acceleration in price towards higher levels.
