Richard Regan has been a professional trader and instructor for 9 years. He is a graduate of The University of Florida and a past Chicago Board of Trade Member. Richard’s career began as the youngest trader in The US Treasury Bond Futures pits at the CBOT. After 3 years of pit trading experience, he evolved into a successful electronic trader and mentor. During the last 6 years, Richard has successfully traded electronic products on CME, CBOT, EUREX, NYSE, NASDAQ, and FOREX. Richard has personally trained over 300 traders, in his offices, through one-on-one mentoring, and produced some of the top traders in both New York and Chicago. The foundation of his teaching is that “strategy” is only the tool through which the professional trader creates wealth, and that all styles of trading benefit from the implementation of the habits and principles used by successful traders. Throughout his trading career, Richard has maintained his commitment to a free education for prospective traders, by always offering his insight at no cost. Currently, Richard Regan is the Managing Partner of FX Chicago Group, LLC, a Currency trading firm specializing in creating successful traders.
