How the software works
The EA uses three Simple Moving Averages in H1 timeframe at closing price as trade signal generators.If the Moving Averages are ordered top down: short, middle and long, a buy limit order is placed at the middle MA price value.
And if the Moving Averages are placed upside down, a sell limit order is placed in at the middle MA price value.
The EA also has risk management ability by setting the Maximum Risk parameter.
Main settable options
The configurable options of this indicator are:ShortMA: 3 Period for the short Moving Average.
MidMA: 21 Period for the middle range Moving Average.
LongMA: 55 Period for the long range Moving Average.
MaMethod: 0 0=sma,1=ema,2=smma,3=lwma
CloseMaShift: 2 Do not Change.
Slippage: 0 Do not Change.
CatastrophicSL: 100 StopLoss in pips.

A simple way to test trading with Moving Averages, limiting orders in a one hour timeframe.Also, it will be easy to follow because the limit orders will be a very good guide to see what is going to happen and when an order will be placed in the market.

MA´s Crosses
The 3 21 55 MA is an expert advisor that trades accordingly to a 3 MA’s cross, based on the hourly chart. When coming to trade with MA’s, it is always better to use 3 rather than 2, as they filter each other and give more accurate signals.This EA includes the basic idea of having one MA set with a small period (Fast Moving Average), a second one that will be set with an intermediate number of periods ant a third one even with a bigger number of them (Slow Moving Average).
The EA lets you change the settings, so you can try it with any MA combination possible making it a bit more open and interesting; a different MA setting you could try is 9 13 34. However, there is one thing you should remember when trading with this kind of settings: moving averages work better when the market is at a defined trend.
If market is sideways, or flat, signals will likely be fake ones, leading to losing trades.
