Cable is in down fall, and this morning almost reached the 100% retracement in 60m chart after 7 days making news lows. The move anyway was quite tricky this morning because it started before the Frankfurt opening so only the early risers won the price today.

EURUSD: Outlook Remains Higher Towards The 1.4719 Level
FXTechstrategy − Outlook Remains Higher Towards The 1.4719 Level − With continued upside gains seen the past week following its recent trigger of its medium term uptrend, outlook for higher upside gains remains towards its strong resistance at the 1.4719 level, its Dec 18'08 high. Although a rejection of that level was seen on Friday, as long as the mentioned medium term strength remains, EUR looks to break and hold above there. In such a case, the 1.4875 level, representing its Sept 21'09 high.

Those who are short from the sweet spot on the top of the second shoulder at 1.6660 / 6750 will likely be covering some of their position at the major support between 1.5947 and 1.5985

The Conference Board's Index of Leading Indicators (LEI) rose again strongly in August. Largest contributors were the yield curve, the stock market, vendor deliveries and building permits. Real M2 money supply, in contrast, most likely subtracted from the index.
