Current Session: Europe − U.S.

We expect a break above 1.6382 to target directly 1.6663

www.deltastock.com − The pair is in a downtrend after peaking at 1.7042. Trading is situated between the 50− and 200−day SMA, currently projected at 1.6454 and 1.5258.
Current rebound above 1.6111 is impulsive in nature and we rather prefer the idea, that a significant bottom is already in place. Intraday bias is positive for 1.6382 major resistance with a risk limit below 1.6235. We expect a break above 1.6382 to target directly 1.6663.

US economic indicators - ISM indices (Aug): manufacturing index is the first to reach expansion threshold by BHF−Bank

The lower level of the ISM non−manufacturing index indicates that the road to economic recovery could remain bumpy, given high unemployment and tight credit conditions. We forecast that the ISM non−manufacturing index will have risen slightly to 47.5 in August, still indicating contraction outside of manufacturing.
