USD/CHF rise above 1.1500 after breaking 1.1490 resistance
FXstreet.com − USD/CHF has risen 0.70% along the day to break the 1.1490 resistance and to trade above the 1.1500 level. Currently the pair is trading around 1.1500/10 after reaching 1.1520, intra−week high.
GBP/USD
GBP/USD falls below 1.4900 and reaches 1.4870, intra−day low by FXstreet.com
After flirting with the 1.4950 level in the early European session, the GBP/USD has broken this support and it has begun to fall below 1.4900 level to reach the fresh intra−day low at 1.4870.

US economic indicators - Housing starts (Mar): falling back after surprisingly sharp increase by BHF−Bank
The downward trend in housing starts came to a halt in February, when they went up by 22.2% mom, almost entirely due to a rebound in starts of multi−family homes. The more important starts of single−family homes also rose, albeit only slightly, by 1.0% mom.

DATA SNAP: Euro−Zone Indus Output Posts Largest Annual Drop (Dow Jones)
Industrial production in the 16 countries that use the euro slumped to a fresh record low on the year in February, as output declined across all sectors and in the major euro−zone economies, data from the European Union's statistics agency Eurostat showed Thursday.
