EURUSD: Still Vulnerable And Targeting
FXTechstrategy − EUR sold off hard breaking back below the 1.3330 level, its Jan 27'09 high/former range top after intra day price action put it back above that level briefly on Thursday. While we noted in our Thursday analysis that a combination of its negative candle formation and its moving average support should provide the platform on which the pair would attempt a recovery of its declines started at the 1.3580 level.

The euro is suported by the 1.5200 level and maintains a bid tone but a break above 1.5290 resistance is needed to confirm that uptrend resumed. Above 1.5290, next barrier emerges at 1.5445 − recent top.

With exaggerated moves in thinned markets, the EUR/USD set off stops to the downside, leaving early 1.3169 highs in the dust.
