
Forex Trading Today: The Four Siblings Begin the Week Heading North by Tim Salem
We find very "subtle" corrections from Friday's Activity to be largely invalidated… with a weak Dollar and Yen continuing to be seen with Price Action. While out on my Longer−Term Views… we still really are in these large "Ranges" of Consolidative Activity… the IntraDay Time−Cycles are showing Bullish activity and even violating some "Dynamic" Levels as of this writing.

GBP/USD: The Pound rises past 1.4600; towards 1.4665
FXstreet.com − After several attempts the Pound has broken through resistance level at 1.4600 and rises towards 1.4660 Feb 23 high.
If the Pound manages to break through 1.4660, buying pressure could bring the pair towards next resistance level at 1.4700 (9 Feb low) and above here 1.4760/70 resistance level, before 1.4840 (Feb 6 high).
Forex: USD/JPY: Dollar breaks above 96.60 resistance, towards 97.00 by FXstreet.com
The Dollar has broken through 96.60 resistance level and trades higher on its way towards 97.00 resistance.
CHF / JPY − An Interesting Crossing by FXstreet.com
The CHF /JPY equation usually shows low volatility, but liquidity there is sufficient enough to place low−risk intraday or longer−term trades.

DATA SNAP: Euro−Zone Trade Deficit Soared In January (Dow Jones)
The euro zone's deficit in trade in goods with the rest of the world widened sharply in January, while a detailed breakdown for the whole of 2008 showed that the energy deficit widened to EUR305.7 billion from a deficit of EUR235.3 billion in 2007.
