Forex: EUR/USD: The Euro breaks above 1.3535; testing 1.3590
FXstreet.com − EUR/USD continues rallying, the pair has broken through the upper boundary of the flat trending channel of the last 12 hours, at 1.3535 and at the moment of writing the pair tests 1.3590 resistance level (50% retracement of the Dec March decline).

The CAD is strengthening against the USD along of the European session, specially after the better than expected Feb Canadian CPI. The USD/CAD has fallen 200 pips and it is goin towards the 1.2200 level.

DATA SNAP: UK Feb Borrowing Tops Forecast As Revenue Slumps (Dow Jones)
The U.K. public sector again borrowed more than expected as central government tax revenue fell sharply on the year and spending continued to rise, the Office for National Statistics said Thursday.
