UsdJpy Market broke down the lower trendline on September−October downtrend accelerating drop to 92.77 low this morning. Further pressure might open the way down to 96.00 Nov 1994 and 79.70 April 1995 low. On the upside, only a recovery over 103 upper trendline and 105 pivot point will put focus again on 108 and 110.67 15th August high.

US economic indicators - Existing home sales (Sep): stabilization on a very low level by BHF−Bank

Thus the index reached its highest level since June 2007, which indicates that home sales could soon be bottoming out, and existing home sales could have risen to 5.05m in September. However, partly due to the large amount of foreclosures, the stock of existing homes for sale remains elevated. We therefore expect median home prices to continue their downward trend.
