Daily Trading Forecast − Euro / Pound Weakest by Swiss e Trade AG
With fiscal and monetary policies both on an unprecedented scale of expansion worldwide, at the same time, it is hard to see economic contraction for long. The sputtering U.S. economic engine will probably start first, an expectation that lends the dollar its present lift. The euro and the British pound have lost 20 percent against the Greenback from their highs this year.
A new low for the year has been reached in cable this European morning, trading now at 1.6406 and recovering. We expect that recovery move to continue for a while in today's trading although not exceeding the 1.6490 level. Later, another downleg has to be counted on towards support at 1.6200.
