The assumed pair return to support range has not been confirmed but taking into account the ascending direction of OsMA indicator that coincides with pair direction test of bottom boundary as resistance line is also expected. In this case it is recommended to evaluate the activity development according to the charts of shorter time interval. For short−term sells the breakout variant will be at 1.5650 with the targets 1.5680/1.5700 and/or further to 1.5750. At this point wrong breaks of channel boundaries could be seen. With a rebound the short−term targets will be 1.5570/90, 1.5530/50.

US economic indicators - GDP growth probably strengthened to about 2.0% qoq annualized in Q2 by BHF−Bank

GDP growth probably strengthened to about 2.0% qoq annualized in Q2, up from 1.0%. Real personal spending rose quite robustly in the three months up to May. If the level of spending remained unchanged in June, private consumption would have grown by 2% annualized, adding more than 1 percentage point to GDP growth. Household spending was clearly supported by the stimulus payments (now totalling $92bn), which were mainly disbursed in May and June.
