GBP/USD

Daily Trading Forecast − Stronger USD Start into an Important Week by Swiss e Trade AG

Currently, the GBP / USD is trading at 1.9640, which provides some support right now. The currency pair is oversold and we therefore expect some recovery. If the 1.9720 level or above is reached, we would sell the GBP / USD with a target of 1.9590 and a stop at 1.9760. See chart below.

Heightened inflation fears have, furthermore, put strong pressure on the willingness−to−buy. This will probably also have triggered a decline in the consumer climate in June. Consumer confidence remains muted.
