USD/JPY

Daily Trading Forecast − A Whole Bunch of Nothing by Swiss e Trade AG

The USD / JPY remains in its tight trading range, with support at 107.50 and resistance at 108.60, a range it has maintained since June 12. Currently, the USD / JPY is trading at 107.73, which is right on the day's low. As of the time of this report, the pair has entered an oversold level and, as a consequence, we expect support to be tested but to hold in today's trading.

DATA SNAP: German May PPI +1.0% On Month, +6.0% On Year (Dow Jones)

German producer price inflation accelerated to its fastest pace in two years in May, driven by soaring energy prices, the Federal Statistics Office Destatis said Friday. The producer price index, which measures prices at the factory gate, gained 1.0% on the month and rose 6.0% on the year.
