Daily Technical Analysis − The pound declined a towards the 1.9520 area by FXGreece
The pound had also a big decline and moved towards the area of 1.9520. The triangle formation scenario that was indicated in the daily chart, proved accurate and its lower part is being reached again. In the area of 1.9440−70 the move should be limited, and the base of 1,9350 will be the next target.
Resistance is found at 1.9565−75 and 1.9625−30 area, which seems to me stronger. The 50% retracement level at 1.9660−70 area should hold any retracement in order to keep the downtrend.
Above those levels, an upward wave within the triangle formation will be possible and the area of 1.9750−00 will be our next target…

DATA SNAP: UK April Trade Deficit Widens To GBP7.6 Bln (Dow Jones)
The U.K. global goods deficit widened to GBP7.6 billion in April from a downwardly revised GBP7.1 billion in March, the Office for National Statistics said Wednesday. The market was expecting a deficit of GBP7.4 billion, according to a Dow Jones Newswires survey of economists last week.
