The unit has broken the 2 very steep downtrend lines that had capped any bounce yesterday, but still is trading below both a dynamic resistance around 106.60 and the 38.2% Fibonacci retracement of the last downleg (which coincides, more or less, with the exteme OB level at the moment). If the unit can make it past 106.80, then chances to the upside are intact; otherwise it will have a tough time, not ruling out new lows.

US economic indicators - Producer price inflation could have accelerated in January by BHF−Bank
The advance estimate of GDP growth in Q4 showed a sharp slowdown from 4.9% to an annualised 0.6% qoq, mainly due to significant negative contributions from residential and inventory investment and smaller positive contributions from private consumption, corporate investment, government spending and net exports.
