The narrow consolidation continues for the Cable and it traded around 1.9700 and the first support for today is today's bottom 1.9620, which if broken, the downward trend may gain strength.

The euro−zone economy posted a better than expected recovery in the third quarter, expanding at a rate of 0.8% quarter−on−quarter, as stronger business investment pushed the measure higher than the previously announced estimate of 0.7%.
