Daily Technical Strategist − Continues To Hesitate Ahead Of The 1.4751 Level by FXTechstrategy

EUR remains hesitant ahead of the 1.4751 level, its Nov 09'07 high for the third day in a row after failing to push above there at the end of Wednesday trading session. With daily momentum indicators still trending higher and nearer term recovery in force, risks are for a challenge on the said level with a loss of there opening the door for additional upside gains targeting its 1.618 Fib Ret (Monthly Chart) at 1.4918 and then the 1.4967 level, which marks its 2007 peak.

US economic indicators - FOMC is likely to lower the Fed Funds Rate by another 25 basis points to 4.25% by BHF−Bank

Producer prices (PPI) only rose by 0.1% mom in October although crude oil prices had already increased significantly by then. But the effect on PPI was probably only delayed, and we expect them to have risen by 1.6% mom and 6.2% yoy in November.
