The Pound rose above 2.0670 against the US Dollar, but before that tested its key resistance at 2.0590, which is 38% Fibonacci correction of the climb 1.9660 – 2.1155 and now play the role of support. Next support is expected at 2.0530, followed by 2.0470

The Bank of Canada is the first central bank to announce their monetary policy decision this week and traders should be prepared for surprises. The market is currently pricing in a 60 percent chance of a quarter point rate cut even though economists do not expect a move.

DATA SNAP: Euro−Zone Oct Producer Prices +0.6% MM, +3.3% YY (Dow Jones)
Prices of goods leaving the euro zone's factory gates surged ahead in October, due largely to a continued increase in energy prices. Producer prices rose 0.6% from September, the highest monthly increase since a 0.7% rise in July 2006, after a 0.4% gain in September, data from the European Union statistics agency Eurostat showed Tuesday.
