Current Session: Europe − U.S.

USD/JPY

Daily Market Commentary − Tuesday saw the dollar make a corrective decline versus the commodity and the European currencies by Global Forex Trading

Dollar/yen made an aggressive recovery on Tuesday after plunging to a new low for the downtrend on Monday. Expect more weakness after a further recovery, but the risk here is that a bullish engulfing formation is already in place. Immediate resistance is at 111.35. Strong resistance follows at 111.60, which is also a 50−point pivot, which targets 112.10 and 111.10.
