EUR/USD − "EUR/USD remains under downside corrective pressure following its failure last week at $1.4280. It will remain under pressure while capped by $1.4155/60. The risk remains that we will see a slightly deeper pullback to $1.3925/40 (38.2 percent retracement of the last leg higher and uptrend) from where we would expect to see recovery.

DATA SNAP: German Aug Indus Output +1.7%, Higher Than Seen (Dow Jones)
German industrial production grew at a much faster rate than anticipated in August, led by manufacturing growth. The German Economics Ministry said Tuesday that industrial production rose a seasonally−adjusted 1.7% on the month in August and a workday− adjusted 5.1% on the year.

DATA SNAP: UK Goods Trade Deficit Narrows; Exports At 1Yr High (Dow Jones)
The U.K.'s goods trade deficit with the rest of the world narrowed to GBP6.9 billion in August from a revised GBP7.4 billion in July as exports rose to their highest level in a year, the Office for National Statistics said Tuesday.
