BOE and ECB expected to keep rates unchanged (FXstreet.com)
On the ECB side, there is a widespread feeling that the Bank will keep interest rates untouched at 4.0%. The interest will be then Trichet's press conference for hints about the Bank's outlook of economy in the mid−term. The Banks decision will be influenced by downside risks of growth, with a historically strong euro and credit crisis in one side, and upside risks to inflation on the other.
