CFTC approves approves changes requested by the NFA by FXstreet.com

NFA has received notice that the Commodity Futures Trading Commission has approved changes to NFA Financial Requirements Section 11 and the Interpretive Notice entitled "Forex Transactions." The amendments increase the minimum net capital requirement for Forex Dealer Members (FDMs) to $5,000,000.

After significant rising on Friday, yesterday the Pound cheapened slightly against the US Dollar, but the up trend remains for the time being. Resistance for today is expected at the yesterday's top 2.0490, followed by the top from 26 July 2.0565, and the top from 25 July at 2.0626.
