Forex Daily Analysis − 13/08/'07 − USD PPI and Retail Sales by ForexYard
After losing more than 400 pips in the last two weeks, the bearish sentiment continues. The daily charts are showing that there is still more room to run and the hourlies are showing a light oversold status. A preferable strategy might be to look for a good short entry point.

Morning Report - USD eases on cautious bearish sentiment by Westpac Institutional Bank
Another decent gain, which along with a 0.3% rise in factory stocks and a likely rise in retail inventories (some of which may be involuntary given June's weak sales) should see a strong enough gain in business stocks to prompt an upward revision to the inventories' contribution to Q2 GDP growth.

UK producer prices growth, lower than expected (FXstreet.com)
Inflationary pressures seem to be easing in the United Kingdom, at least at producer level, as prices at factory gates have posted a shorter than expected growth in July, while the prices paid by the manufacturers have decreased, according to data by the Office for National Statistics.
