Resistance for the Cable is 2.0492, which is 62.2% correction of the drop 2.0648 - 2.0183, the closing to which provoked huge drop on Monday. Its break leads to test of the 26 year top at 2.0648.

US economic indicators - Productivity probably rose more strongly in Q2 by BHF-Bank
We expect wholesale inventories to have increased by 0.2% mom in June. This would be less marked than in May and in line with the Commerce department’s rather low estimate of inventories’ contribution to growth in Q2.

European Market Update - BOE Sees the Need for One More Rate Hike by Trade The News
In the quarterly inflation report released overnight the Bank of England said that one more rate increase will bring consumer prices to their target level by 2009. The reports said that risks to CPI are slightly to the upside in the medium term.
