Forex Technical Report - EUR/USD 1.3663 - 1 August 2007 by iFOREX.bg
After its climbing on Monday the major currency pair again went down, although its dropping was limited. FIrst resistance today is in the 21 day MA at 1.3727, followed by the top from 26 July at 1.3769, and the historical top 1.3853.

Friday Notes - Oil prices – the primary trend is up by HVB Group
Manufacturers have reported higher output to the Federal Reserve and improved orders to the Census Bureau. It’s likely they responded more favorably to the July ISM survey, as well.

UPDATE: UK July Mfg PMI 55.7 Vs 54.7 In June - Sources (Dow Jones)
The purchasing managers index for the U.K.'s manufacturing sector surged to a three-year high of 55.7 in July from 54.7 in June, market sources said Wednesday. The data indicate that activity in the sector grew at a much faster pace than had been expected.

UPDATE: Euro-Zone July Mfg PMI 54.9 Vs 55.6 In June (Dow Jones)
The purchasing managers index for the euro zone's manufacturing sector fell to 54.9 in July from 55.6 in June, NTC Economics said Wednesday. A level above 50 signals an expansion in manufacturing, while a level below 50 signals a contraction.
