With the deepening of the The Sterling drop against the US Dollar, supports are 2.0412, 2.0250 и 2.0141, which are 23.2%, 37.8% and 50.3% accordingly a correction of the climb 1.9622-2.0658. If a new rally starts, resistance is 2.0588, which is 61.8% correction of the drop 2.0652 - 2.0487.

European Market Update - German IFO Levels Decline in July by Trade The News

Following the release of the IFO data, the IFO’s Nerb said that the German economy is recovering as expected, noting that there is no need for the ECB to raise rates further at the moment. Nerb said that he sees no inflationary pressures building up, and noted that a Euro level above $1.40 would pose problems.

DATA SNAP: Euro-Zone June M3 +10.9% On Year (Dow Jones)

Money supply growth in the euro zone picked up in June, amid a continued increase in private-sector loans, the European Central Bank said Thursday. Broad money supply, or M3, rose 10.9%on the year in June, compared with a revised 10.6% increase in May.
