Price Flash: Cable hits 1.9860 on retracement, test upper line of original uptrend channel by FXstreet.com

Proving that if any major today was in good technical shape it definitely was Cable is the fact that (please check chart in a previous post) the unit broke back inside the projected line of the original uptrend line and it sold off to test (and even now is breaking it) the upper line of the original uptrend channel.

According to regional CPI data already published on Friday, inflation in Germany is likely to remain unchanged at 1.9% yoy in May. In mom terms, prices probably rose 0.2%, with most of the increase stemming from higher energy prices.
