The strongest daily close since late February and the US dollar is very overbought. Futures positions are being re-built and implied volatility is close to its record low of 5.92%. While above 120.50 upside probing will predominate. Expect yet more of the same today.

Euro Zone trade surplus, the largest in three years (FXstreet.com)

The countries of the Euro Zone have achieved the largest trade surplus in the last three years, according to Eurostat, in a sign that the strong European currency has not drawn negative consequences for European exports. Euro Zone's trade surplus has reached EUR7.4 billion in March, up from the 0.6% surplus in March 2006, while the experts had advanced a surplus of around EUR 1.1 Billion.
