Bank Of England Leaves Bank Rate Unchanged At 5.25% (Dow Jones)
The Bank of England left its official bank rate at 5.25% Thursday following a two-day monthly meeting of its Monetary Policy Committee. The decision was broadly expected. A Dow Jones Newswires survey last week found that eight of the 11 economists polled forecast the MPC would keep rates on hold.

European Market Update - UK Manufacturing and Industrial Production Falls Short of Estimates by Trade The News
Industrial and manufacturing production figures for the month of February fell below estimates in the UK. Manufacturing production posted its largest m/m decline since October of 2005 resulting from lower aircraft and motor vehicle production.
