Economic Release Alert - New Zealand Unemployment (4Q) by FXCM
Economists predict that the New Zealand economy added jobs through year-end 2006, as a Q3 decline left room for a modest rebound. Though forecasts of 3.8 percent unemployment are still above Q2 record-lows of 3.6 percent, strength in employment remains one of the primary drivers of domestic economic growth.

European Market Update - UK Industrial and Manufacturing Production are Mixed in December by Trade The News
Industrial production for the month of December fell below estimates in the UK, while manufacturing production exceeded analyst estimates. Most notable was the upward revision to November's y/y manufacturing production figure, bringing it up to 2.6% making it the highest since June of 2004.
