There is plenty of economic data coming out next week, coming from all corners of the world, real market movers like US CPI, BoJ interest rate decision, UK PPI etc... Let's take a review on them.
On Monday, GDP figures for Japan to start the week. UK's PPI, a real market mover, is next, with no big events scheduled for the US.
On Tuesday, UK's CPI will shake the markets in the morning, with Euro-Zone's Industrial Production figures also playing their part in the party. The US session will lack again of any relevant economic data.
On Wednesday, Industrial data from Japan is liekly to wake up traders, with UK's unemployment figures a market mover taht is next. The US starts the week with the Advance Retail Sales data, a true market mover, followed by business inventories figures. Before NY closing time, the Fed's Beige Book will surely add some voaltility to the markets.
On Thursday, the BoJ policy meeting starts. In Europe, UK retail sales and Euro-Zone CPI will lead the way. However, eyes will turn into the US when the PPI numbers are released.
And finally, on Friday, the Bank of Japan releases its interest rate decision, the EUro-Zone trade balance figures will be released and to end the week in spectacular fashion, the US will release the CPI numbers, the TIC flows and the Consumer Confidence estimate. A big end of week indeed.
