EUR/JPY's fall from 131.03 was contained at 1223.69, slightly above 4 hours 55 EMA and rebounds to as high as 128.70 so far. With 4 hours MACD crossed back above signal line, an intraday low should be in place and outlook is turned neutral.

Japanese retail sales fell 0.9 percent in November from a year earlier, less than a median market forecast of a 1.4 percent decline, data showed on Friday, underscoring the weakness in private consumption. Japanese core annual inflation slowed to 1.0 percent in November from 1.9 percent in October, below a median market forecast of 1.1 percent, data showed on Friday, due largely to falls in oil prices. The pace of rise in the core consumer price index (CPI), which excludes volatile prices of fresh fruit, vegetables and seafood but not oil products, has been slowing since hitting a decade high of 2.4 percent in July and August.
