Forex Technical Analysis − EUR/USD: (1.2775) New reaction low below channel off 1.4867 by KBC Bank
Drop from 1.4867 sent the pair the pair spiralling lower, below the channel off 1.4867 and appraoched daily Bollinger bottom (1.2709): Support area at 1.2730/ .2709 (today's low + new reaction low?/ see infra + Equality C wave off 1.4867 + daily Starc bottom), where pause favored.
If wrong on that call, risk towards 1.2678/ .2662 (76.4% 2005 low to 1.6040/ daily envelope bottom), ahead of 1.2604 (see below) and 1.2548 (5th wave projection daily charts): tough on 1st attempts, amid oversold readings.

INSTANT VIEW 3−NZ central bank cuts rates to 6.5 pct (Thomson Financial News)
New Zealand's central bank slashed interest rates by a record one percentage point to 6.5 percent on Thursday, and said it was likely to lower them further amid slowing growth and financial market turmoil. It was the third time the bank had cut interest rates after reductions in July and September totalling 75 basis points.
