Daily Trading Forecast − Dollar Bears Throw In The Towel by Swiss e Trade AG
Cable has been hit hardest among the majors, with the selling avalanche uninterrupted in Asian and early European trading. Currently trading at 1.9233, we see the 1.9200 handle being broken as well on the downside, until a smaller long−term support zone at 1.9150 is reached.

Friday Notes - Mounting recession risks in Europe by HVB Group
The economy did better in Q2 2008 than anyone had thought possible coming into the quarter, largely because of the solid improvement in net exports. As a result, productivity surged and unit labor cost pressure diminished.

Canada: Employment declines in July, unemployment rate edges down (FXstreet.com)
Employment has posted in July the largest decline in the last 17 years, following the slight decline posted in June, employment growth has started to slowdown in the latest months as a consequence of a more global economic slowdown.

The Swiss unemployment rate remained unchanged at a non−seasonally adjusted 2.3 percent in July, the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs said on Friday. When adjusted for seasonal factors, the unemployment rate stood at 2.5 percent also unchanged from the June.
