EMU economic indicators - German ZEW economic sentiment is not likely to have continued improving in April by BHF−Bank
In April, the German ZEW economic sentiment is only likely to have stabilized. This is indicated by several factors. DATA SNAP: UK RICS House Price Balance At Record Low (Dow Jones)
Sentiment in the housing market in England and Wales deteriorated to its worst level in more than 30 years in March as the global credit crisis continued to weigh on demand for property, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors said Tuesday. The RIC's survey showed even more surveyors reported falling rather than rising prices, with the net balance declining to −78.5 percentage points in seasonally adjusted terms last month from a revised −65.7 percentage points in February, marking the weakest level since the series began in January 1978.
