Daily Recommended Trades − The dollar fell after the non−farm payrolls by E−Forex

The dollar fell after the US reported an 80k drop in non−farm payrolls but it recovered fast, squeezing out recent dollar shorts. The Euro closed around 1.5735, trading as high as 1.5775 after the figures earlier and as low as 1.5682 five minutes later. The dollar recovered its Friday's losses during today's Asian session as the Euro collapsed from the 1.5730 zone all the way down to 1.5650

Japan Feb Leading Indicators 50.0; Mkt Expected 50.0 (Dow Jones)

Japan's index of leading economic indicators came in at 50.0 in February, better than 36.4 in January, the Cabinet Office said Monday. The result matched the average forecast of 50.0 by economists polled by Dow Jones/Nikkei. The index is used to gauge the future direction of the economy. A reading above 50 points to economic expansion over the short term, while a figure below 50 heralds contraction.

DATA SNAP: Australia Feb Trade Deficit A$3.29 Bln (Dow Jones)

Australia's seasonally adjusted balance on trade in goods and services widened to a deficit of A$3.29 billion in February from a deficit of A$2.56 billion in January, the Australian Bureau of Statistics said Monday. The figure is wider than analysts' expectations of a deficit of A$2.5 billion.
