Daily Market Commentary The dollar came under fire by Global Forex Trading

Once trading resumed around the world, the dollar came under fire. This means its earlier strength was only a bounce within the downtrend. With a wave of weak economic data, that's not hard to swallow. Wednesday should see more soft US data (home sales and durable goods orders). Expect choppy to lower bias for the dollar.

Japan Feb Corp Svc Prices +0.3% On Mo, +0.7% On Yr (Dow Jones)

The Bank of Japan's corporate service price index for February stood at 94.1, up 0.3% from January and up 0.7% from a year earlier, the central bank said Wednesday. This marked the 19th straight month of on−year growth for the CSPI, but was lower than the 0.7% on−year rise forecast by economists surveyed by Dow Jones and Nikkei.

Japan's merchandise trade surplus rose 0.9 percent to 969.97 billion yen in February from a year earlier, as firm exports to Asia and Europe offset slowing US demand, the Ministry of Finance said Wednesday.
