Daily Market Commentary − Dollar/Swiss franc by Global Forex Trading
Dollar/Swiss franc remained sidelined in an inside range. Expect sideways trading today as well. Immediate support remains at 1.2430. Below 1.2374 there is another peg at 1.2325. Distant support is seen at 1.2275. Initial resistance is at 1.2546. Above it, resistance remains at 1.2660 from the target of a bull flag.

Japan's index of leading economic indicators stood at 20.0 in October, below the boom−or−bust threshold of 50.0 for the third straight month, the government said Thursday. The result matched the average forecast of economists surveyed by Dow Jones Newswires and Nikkei News. The index stood at 0.0 in September and a revised 33.3 in August.

New Zealand's central bank leaves interest rates on hold (Thomson Financial News)
New Zealand's central bank left interest rates on hold Thursday but warned that worse than expected inflationary pressures meant rates were unlikely to be cut in the short term. Reserve Bank of New Zealand governor Alan Bollard said the official cash rate would remain at 8.25 percent, one of the highest official rates in the developed world.
