The Euro rallied on yesterday, breaking the resistance at 1.4700 and setting the daily high at 1.4730. It retraced afterwards and found minor support at 1.4625. Support backs 1.4625 at 1.4610, 1.4580 and 1.4555. Resistance starts at 1.4670 followed by 1.4705 and 1.4730.

Economics Weekly - Expect no surprises from the BoE or ECB by Lloyds TSB Financial Markets
The Bank of England cautioned in its latest Financial Stability Report that although there had been signs of recovery in credit markets, some aspects of it remained illiquid and the financial system was vulnerable to further shocks. The MPC also discussed the merits of a precautionary cut in base rates in October on fears of slower output growth.

German Trade Surplus and Current Account post higher than expected in September (FXstreet.com)
Trade surplus rose to the level of 18.1 billion euros in september after posting a 14.1 billion in August, according to the data released by Destatis. The result came out above expectations of a mild rise to the level of 16.2 billion euros. On yearly basis, german exports rose by 3.3% in September to the level of 81.8 billion euros, while imports declined by 0.4%.

Australia's unemployment rate rose to a worse−than−expected seasonally adjusted 4.3% in October from 4.2% in September. The number of employed rose 12,900, the Australian Bureau of Statistics said Thursday.
