New historic high above daily Long Term daily channel top off 2005 low (1.4048 today).
Drop off 1.4283 puts the pair currently below channel off 1.3550 (see graph).
1st Support area at 1.4125/ .4112 (daily Medium Term Moving Average↑/ Short Term low hourly), with next levels at 1.4067 (yesterday low + daily envelope bottom), ahead of 1.4059/ .48 (4th hourly off 1.3358 + daily projection band bottom/ see above) and 1.4037/ .4021

Friday Notes - Ailing USD hurts sentiment by HVB Group

Hiring is down, but layoffs are steady. So a modest increase in non−farm payrolls is likely, if only because the two−month slide in government positions is highly likely to turn around. The insured unemployment rate was easing during the September survey week, so a steady overall rate is probable. Average hourly earnings should have been up another 0.3%, leaving the year−over−year increase a little below 4%.
