DATA SNAP:Japan Apr All Indus Activity Up 1.2% On Month (Dow Jones)
Japanese economic activity rose 1.2% on month in April, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry said Wednesday. The April index measuring activity in all industries stood at 107.6, up from a revised 106.3 in March. The base year is 2000, when the index stood at 100.
