EUR/USD Open 1.3437 High 1.3465 Low 1.3413 Close 1.3423.
The forex trading on Friday was quiet and and the Euro was trading in the range 1.3414-1.3462 US Dollars.
Today if the Euro gets through the resistance zone at 1.3458, its target will be to reach and test 1.3510.

Friday Notes - Risk of rising inflation expectations by HVB Group
The introduction of tuition fees in several German states put additional significant pressure on prices in April. In May, in contrast, the increase in consumer prices should be more moderate again, despite higher gasoline and travel as well as hotel prices. The y-o-y rate will probably be virtually unchanged at just below the 2% mark. But the trend is up.

ECONOMIC REPORT: U.S. Existing Home Sales Drop To 4-year Low In April (Dow Jones)
Resales of U.S. homes fell 2.6% in April to a seasonally adjusted annualized rate of 5.99 million, the slowest pace in four years, the National Association of Realtors said Friday. Sales are down 10.7% since April 2006.
