Australia April new vehicle sales down seasonally adj 1.1 pct mth-on-mth (AFX News)
New motor vehicle sales in April totaled 86,111 units, down 1.1 pct from March in seasonally adjusted terms, the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) said. In March, new vehicle sales rose a revised 0.7 pct from February to 87,108 units, lower than the previous estimate of a 1.0 pct increase. Over the year to April, new vehicle sales were up 8.0 pct.
