USD/JPY continues to recover from the recent sharp fell off, but we remain with a daily bearish biass as long as the spot trades below 119.00. For now we remain neutral, for the downside a break below 114.00 is needed to change to a bearish biass and gives scope for a test of 109.00 further out.
