Bank of Japan member saw April rate hike not too late - Feb minutes (AFX News)
One of the Bank of Japan's nine policy board members urged the central bank to be cautious about hiking interest rates in light of slow wage growth and sluggish consumption, saying an April rise "would not be too late," the minutes of the BoJ's Feb 20-21 policy meeting released today showed.
