Daily Forex Technical Report - German ZEW and US Retail Sales in Focus by ActionForex.com
EUR/USD's rise from 1.3086 was limited at 1.3200, slightly below 100% projection of 1.3070 to 1.3185 from 1.3086 at 1.3201, a retreats mildly since then. At this point, further rise is expected to follow as long as 1.3145 minor support holds. Above 1.3200 again will indicate rise from 1.3086 has resumed for next cluster resistance of 1.3258 (78.6% retracement of 1.3364 to 1.2865 at 1.3257).

US February budget deficit 120 bln usd vs 121 bln usd expected (AFX News)
The US posted a record monthly budget deficit in February, though the deficit for the first five months of the fiscal year was sharply down from the same period a year ago, the Treasury Department said today. The government posted a record budget deficit of 120 bln usd in February, compared to expectations of a 121 bln usd monthly deficit and last year's 119.2 bln usd deficit.
